A practical skill pack for DevOps work in Claude Code and Codex desktop: 31 skills, of which 16 are generators, 14 are validators and 1, k8s-debug, is a debugger.

Most workflows with it are generator + validator loops: a generator creates an artifact, the matching validator checks it, and the artifact is patched and the checks re-run until they pass.

The validators run real tools. terraform-validator runs terraform fmt -> tflint -> terraform validate -> Checkov -> optional terraform plan, and helm-validator runs helm lint -> helm template -> kubeconform -> optional cluster dry-run.

Install it in Claude Code from its plugin marketplace:

The repository also publishes a drop-in wrapper around anthropics/claude-code-action@v1 that injects the DevOps skills by default. Replace the upstream uses: line with:

uses: akin-ozer/cc-devops-skills@v1

Setting inject_devops_skills: "false" makes the wrapper a pure passthrough. A weekly workflow, compat-check.yml, checks the wrapper for drift against upstream and opens an issue when they diverge.
